Large and bright apartment in the best residence in Nevegal, a few steps from the town center 200 meters from the ski slopes, in a quiet location away from traffic, consisting of a large kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and washing machine; bathroom with shower, bathtub ; table with bench in typical mountain style, living room with sofa bed and wood-burning fireplace; 1 large double bedroom and a small one with 2 beds, terrace with spectacular views of the Dolomites. 1 hour from Cortina, 1 hour and a half from Venice.
The Space
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, you can get there easily because you can park your car in the garage (ours is the largest and the first parking space, therefore very easy to park) and go up from inside. The stairs are lighted and wide. Staying in this apartment makes you feel immediately relaxed, comfortable, romantic, and ready for lots of snow sports!! The space has an entrance corridor with coat rack, an elegant kitchen with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, microwave/electric oven, pantry space, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, everything needed to cook comfortably. The kitchen works with the gas cylinder. The living room is spacious and bright with a large table for 6/7 people and a large double sofa bed. From the living room there are two bedrooms, a large double with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a small one with two beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and an electric boiler with a capacity of 20 litres. It is complemented by a balcony with spectacular mountain views.
Guest Access
We are right at the beginning of via Faverghera, just above Piazzale del Nevegal, in the Le Ginestre condominium. We have a reserved covered parking space in the parking lot with an electric bar and there is room in the square for other cars.
Other Things to Note
The municipality of Belluno asks for a tourist tax of 1.30 euros per person for accommodation in tourist locations in Nevegal. They must be paid cash on the heck in and a receipt will be issued.
>By car to Venice in 1 hour >Treviso in 50 minutes, > Cortina in 1 hour and 15 minutes, >Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in half an hour (through the wine roads).
To get there: A35 motorway to the Belluno exit and then in 15 minutes by road with wide and easy curves.
From the apartment on foot you are in Piazzale Nevegal with the ski lifts and 10 minutes on foot you arrive at the campsite and the beautiful snow park.
With the car in 10 minutes go to Castion where you will find pharmacy, bakery, bar, newsagent and all the necessary services. In 20 minutes Belluno. By car you can go up to 1600 in 15 minutes for the La Casera restaurant and the departure of the other paths both in winter and in summer. In 20 minutes by car you go down to the lake of Santa Croce (locality Farra d'Alpago).
Neighborhood Description
From our house you can walk to Piazzale Nevegal where you will find the bar, pizzeria, supermarket, tobacconist and ATM. Also a 5-minute walk away you will find the ski lifts and the ski school with the refreshment bar where you can sunbathe and eat and drink while watching the children ski! The ski rental and ski pass ticket office are also a 5-minute walk away. In 10 minutes on foot you arrive at the campsite and the beautiful snow park (in winter) and amusement park of the campsite with grocery store and restaurant. The trekking paths start from the square. Also at the campsite is the sanctuary of Our Lady of Lpurdes, a pilgrimage destination. By car in 10 minutes you go to Castion where you will find family, bakery, bar, newsagent and all the necessary services, in 20 minutes you are in the beautiful Belluno with its square/living room, arcades, shops for shopping, restaurants, bars for aperitifs and ice cream shops! In 20 minutes by car you go down to the lake of Santa Croce (locality Farra d?Alpago) with an equipped beach and the possibility of windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing. A wonderful walk starts from the beach.
