Beautiful large and bright two-room apartment, in the city study area, super connected by bus, tram and metro, in a street with every service (bank, supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc.). A large living room with super-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with window and a very elegant and cool double bedroom, balcony with table and chairs. Tv with Netflix, coffee spot, everything you need for a cool, relaxing and fun stay.
The Space
Bright, well furnished and tastefully decorated, and with all the comforts, the 60 square meter apartment is on the 1st floor (but there is also an elevator) opens with a very spacious living room, a beautiful open kitchen with lots of space to cook, space to hold your things and any necessary utensils. There is a large dining table for 4-6 people, tv with Netflix and Amazon prime and Disneyplus, and Alexa for music. It will be really cool to spend your stay in Milan at Luca's house, with lots of instagrammable corners for your photos! The focal point is the sofa, created by hand by the owner, very comfortable and usable both as a double bed or as two separate single beds, but also to be kept together to watch TV in complete relaxation! The corridor leads to a beautiful bathroom with large shower and window. The comfortable bedroom with king size double bed, soft lighting and with space for your clothes and accessories. The balcony leads to the bedroom and has space to hang out the laundry but also to enjoy an aperitivo on the balcony observing the city life of Milan. In Via Teodosio you can find some spots for parking, and even the side streets have some availability of free spaces.

The entire flat is at the disposal of the guest.
Other things to note
The owner lives in this house but loves to rent to guests when he is away, very often, for work and holidays. There are therefore the owner's personal belongings in the house but they are closed in special spaces and guests will therefore have plenty of space to keep their personal belongings.

It can be easily reached by car from the west ring road of Milan, exiting via Palmanova. Free parking is also located behind the house, obviously looking for a bit.

NeighborHood Description
Neighborhood served by public transport and activities. In via teodosio there are bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets (two close to home on foot), laundries, hairdressers, pharmacy, bank. Try the wonderful Sicilian pastry on the doorstep or the pizzeria by the slice, they are delicious! Any service can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Via Teodosio is truly majestic with its huge trees, and in about 15 minutes on foot you arrive in Corso Buenos Aires and then with another 5-10 minutes in Porta Venezia, home to the nightlife and with the beautiful park and the natural history museum and the planetarium. A few more minutes to Piazza San Babila and then the Duomo.
